Recognizing every small achievement is essential to continued growth. Often times we allow the achievements to be overshadowed by the weight of the world. Our goal is to assist you in coping with that weight and using the skills you already possess to navigate this ever changing world. We are all stronger than we realize and more capable than we give ourselves credit for.

Our differences are to be respected and our life experiences should be valued. Not allowing either to control our future is key. If you are reading this, you've already made a phenomenal move towards doing just step at a time.

Granville T. Freeman III,

Nicole Osti,

“My child is acting out in school. I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what else to do.”

“My child came out as gay and they’re struggling to be accepted by their peers.”

“My child was molested and I don’t know how to help them.”

If this sounds like you, or someone you know, the good news is – I can help!

As an emerging play therapist, I utilize a unique blend of Adlerian Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Integrated Experiential Therapy to address matters ranging from sexual abuse to LGBTQQIAP+ issues to anxiety/stress management. My experience spans a variety of environments, including: private and public schools, non-profits, and most recently the Graduate Marietta Student Success Center where I had the pleasure of serving teenagers through graduation.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents ranging in age from 3 to 18 and take pride in providing my clients with a safe and judgement free zone in which to foster growth and positive change.

Eutoka Quillings-Bland,

Relationships are hard work. You desire to be the individual that you are, but also try to figure out how to overcome the changes that being in a relationship can bring. Not all relationships are created equal. I want to help you cultivate a healthy relationship (whatever that may look like for you) as well as encourage a healthy relationship with yourself. I desire to provide you with a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where you feel safe to discuss your difficulties. It will be an honor for me to accompany you on your journey of realizing your potential, whether it be individually or in your relationship.

I specialize in educating my clients on creating an emotionally, mentally, and sexually healthy relationship. I encourage and challenge my clients to have honest discussions, with themselves and their partner or spouse.

I incorporate aspects of both existential therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy with my clients, and am always open to different theoretical approaches to meet my clients' needs. I take pride in providing my clients with a safe, judgement free zone to foster growth and change. I am open-minded, and here to help.

Life’s journey is not always easy.  It can be filled with many changes which may bring on doubt, fear, anxiety and depression. Experiencing these emotions may leave you feeling as though you are alone. My goal is to create a safe space where these feelings can be processed. I would like the opportunity to join you alongside your journey, to help guide and reassure you that you do have the capabilities and strengths to work through any situation that comes your way. I intend to create a warm and genuine environment that encourages the growth of a healthy relationship that will carefully navigate through your personal beliefs and values.

Clients from all walks of life are welcome. Especially young adults from communities that are marginalized within our society such as: African American, Latino, and LGBTQ. Together we will navigate through each individual’s circumstances, internally and externally. From a strength based prospective that promotes inner healing, self-compassion and self-confidence, we will overcome all.
